We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

Electronics purchased from Shop4it carry standard manufacturer warranties. If your device is faulty, contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number, and we will facilitate the collection and testing process.
