2. Multi-Vendor Data Processing
As a multi-vendor marketplace, Shop 4 It facilitates transactions between independent Sellers and Buyers.
- Data Sharing: We share your delivery details (name, address, phone) with the relevant Vendor and The Courier Guy solely for order fulfillment.
- Vendor Compliance: All vendors are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your data and are prohibited from using it for independent marketing without your consent.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, and contact details for profile management.
- Transaction Data: Products viewed, cart history, and purchase records.
- Payment Security: Financial data is processed via PayFast. Shop 4 It does not store your full credit card numbers on our local servers.
